The Census is a once-in-a-decade opportunity to impact public programs that serve the 10 million people living in Los Angeles County. Billions of dollars are at stake for our children’s classrooms, healthcare access for families, and last but not least, good jobs. Communities of color are under-represented in the census, and this translates to federal funding that is LOST due to the lack of accurate representation.

That's why we are partnering with the California Democratic Party as well as Black Los Angeles Young Democrats, San Fernando Valley Young Democrats, Long Beach Young Democrats, and Westside Young Democrats for a phone banking event to make sure everyone is counted!

Join us at 10am on June 6th for a Census Info Session with California Secretary of State Alex Padilla! Then, we’ll provide a training on how to use our computerized dialer system, so you can be ready to call residents in Assembly Districts 53 and 59.
